Customer Privacy artwork fee:

• I will be charging a fee from now on, the reason for this is that I do not get any income by posting/showcasing the artwork commission, but in sense, it does promote my work and what can I offer.
• This is only for customers who are not comfortable with their commission artwork used for tutorials, SpeedPaints, Kofi perks, and so on…
• You, as the customer, are not obligated nor forced to pay for those fees.

Customer Private artwork fee:

• Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra:
  • If you don't want me to upload the commission to my social media I won't do so but you have to pay a small fee for it since is my way to promote myself.
    • I will charge you $20.
• If you change your mind in the future and want it to be public. I will not refund you! be aware.

Customer Public artwork fee:

I will charge you $20 if you are not comfortable with your artwork being sold under these terms. This may not apply to high commission prices and ***commercial commissions.***

• I, as the artist, will offer the artwork produced in the following matters:

Copyrighted artwork:

• I do still hold the copyrighted ownership of the artwork (not of the character!), this applies to my T.O.S rule:
  • I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to promote myself, repost, Re-sell digitally, or reproduce it for learning purposes ONLY, in any sort of physical form. This includes (Books, Small magazines with digital tutorials, Youtube SpeedPaints, etc...)
• If the commission is a fanart, I can use it for merch, prints, artbooks, etc...
• I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it (unless the customer paid the previous fee).

Extra info:

NOTE: Personal commissions that I’ve done will not be sold as prints, merch, etc... (unless they were a fanart commission)* with the personal oc ones, there is 0% chances that I will do so, they only will be showed on my Kofi memebership for learning process, behind the scenes, SpeedPaints, live stream on my Discord server etc.... fee is available if you are very concerned about your artwork being showed in these terms.
